Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GPURenta ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GPURenta is a platform that connects GPU providers ("Providers") with AI inference buyers ("Developers"). Providers install a desktop agent that runs AI inference workloads on their GPU when idle. Developers access compute power through our API. GPURenta facilitates matching, payment processing, and network operations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Provider Obligations

4.1 Hardware Requirements

Providers must have a compatible GPU (NVIDIA RTX 3060 12GB+, or Apple Silicon M1+) with up-to-date drivers and a stable internet connection.

4.2 Conduct

You may not tamper with, reverse-engineer, or modify the GPURenta agent.
You may not submit false hardware specifications.
You may not attempt to access buyer workloads or data.
You must not run workloads on hardware you do not own or have permission to use.

4.3 Gaming & Usage

When you are actively using your GPU (gaming, rendering, work), the agent pauses automatically. You are not required to keep your GPU available at all times.

5. Developer Obligations

5.1 Acceptable Use

You may only submit AI inference workloads compatible with our supported models.
You may not attempt to execute arbitrary code, access the host filesystem, or establish shell access.
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
You may not mine cryptocurrency using GPURenta.

5.2 API Usage

You are responsible for securing your API key. Any activity under your key is your responsibility.

6. Payments & Fees

6.1 Provider Payouts

GPURenta retains a 10% commission on all transactions. Providers receive 90% of the gross revenue generated by their GPU, minus applicable Stripe processing fees. Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe Connect to the provider's linked card or bank account.

6.2 Developer Pricing

Developers are billed per second of GPU compute time. Pricing is dynamic based on GPU type and current demand. All prices are displayed before use.

6.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings or usage of the Service.

7. Prohibited Activities

Using the Service for cryptocurrency mining.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or systems.
Distributing malware or harmful code through the platform.
Fraudulently inflating GPU usage or earnings.
Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Providers may stop using the agent at any time. Developers may stop using the API at any time. Upon termination, you will be paid any outstanding earnings (for Providers) or refunded any prepaid balance (for Developers).

9. Limitation of Liability

GPURenta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: loss of earnings due to network downtime, damage to hardware from running workloads, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GPURenta is registered.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the agent. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
